I find it easier to find the pipeline by lining up with the northern most volleyball nets about 100 feet out during high tide and once at the bottom shooting an azimuth of 270. Swim that until you see a rope going N/S them following that south to the pipeline. You can see some nice anemone, cucumbers, and even an octopus if you know where to look.
