We entered at the steps and descended in front of the MAST building. We spent a good amount of time at the shallow boat and the observation pipe. There is always interesting life around those 2 items. This was a REEF survey dive so I was counting fish and invertebrates. The most exciting find (it found us) was a female sixgill shark. We swam with the 6.5 foot shark for just a few minutes even in the poor visibility. Later we learned that apparently there are 2 juvenile sixgills, a male and a female that show up regularly. This made the dive for us.
