Features

Large Wreck,

Description

The attraction of this boat dive site is the remains of a 240’ wooden barge ranging in 30’- 40’ deep water. All that remains is the metal braces that held the wooden barge together and it has become home to an abundance of life in an otherwise barren sea floor. The site is well protected from currents and is diveable at anytime.

Special Restrictions:

This site is a marine preserve. Removing artifacts or marine life from this site is prohibited.

How to get there:

Drop in just inside South east corner of Harrison Island (found in the mouth of Inner Harbor) and swim west along the line where the rock meets the sand in about 30’-40’ deep. You can’t miss the boat.
